   publication, the copyright was not transferred to the ACM.
   The copyright still belongs to the five authors, David T.
   Ashley, Joseph P. DeVoe, Karl Perttunen, Cory Pratt, and
   Anatoly Zhigljavsky.

   We (the five authors) hereby grant permission to reproduce and
   use this paper (both LaTeX source code and .PDF or PostScript
   output) and the associated software (both source code
   and executables) in any way whatsoever for any purpose whatsoever
   with no restrictions.  We would hope that we are cited fairly
